Tools corrections #307

From the Tools subgroup:

  1. Catmandu → update title and abstract.
  2. Metadata Breakers → category should be Analysis, not Transformation.
  3. Add Folderlist.
  4. Add Scriptshifter.
  5. Add edtf-validate.
  6. Add BaseX.
