Suggested feature: add "comments" to "Optional Plan Components"

Expected behaviour:

Dear DMPonline team,

Thank you for all your work on this great tool for DMP writing.

Would it be possible to include another 'Supplementary sections not requested... (for admin only)' to include the "comments", "institutes guidance" and "example answers" added to a DMP which was sent for feedback? This would make it possible for Data stewards to look back at our comments on a particular DMP and discuss/share them with colleagues (internally).
