Waiver command fails when there are no transactions in previous 24 hours #121

Describe the bug If there are no transactions within the commands look back period (24 hours) the command will hang and return an error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Ensure no waiver transactions have taken place in the last 24 hours
  2. Run the waiver command

Expected behavior Bot should message that it did not find any transactions
