Withdraw directly to Alpaca deposit address #10

As per discussed in https://github.com/DOWGO/dowgo-scripts/issues/2 , we could save transaction fees if the admin was able to withdraw directly to the FTX withdrawal address.

That would require:

  1. Whitelisting the smart contract on FTX
  2. modifying the withdraw function to specify the recipient of the withdrawal transaction
