Break bug #1121

Description

I created a portal and some signs protected by DXL. I digit /dxl break and i try to break them and the portal disappear. When I reload the plugin or I restart the server, it appears again and the blocks too.

Expected behavior

I would like to see the portal diseapper even when I reload the plugin

Relevant configuration files

I did not touch the config file and I tried also to delete the folder so I think there is a database sistem which recreate the file "data.yml" everytime and so it creates the portal and the blocks even if I break them

So if I break a portal with /dxl break and I reload the plugin it appears again
