Update the "List of teams and repositories" page #288

One reason for this: I just saw on the daq-sw-librarians Slack channel that Artur Sztuc wants write access to trgdataformats, but trgdataformats isn't listed on the page.

Handled a couple of weeks ago by finding some volunteers to be second points of contact for teams, updating https://github.com/DUNE-DAQ/org-admin/blob/develop/teams/get_teams_repos.py , and re-generating the page at https://dune-daq-sw.readthedocs.io/en/latest/packages/daq-release/team_repos/
