think we can do this now, all our sites have at least one other protocol that works. Fermilab was the last one with gridftp enabled.

Do it at some time when we have time to watch (i.e. not on a Friday afternoon with everyone traveling over the weekend)

There are 3 such sites left , T3_US_NERSC, FNAL_DCACHE, and DUNE_US_FNAL_DISK_STAGE
