Enhancement for PS Vita files #43

Hi there,

I was just wondering for the next build is there any chance a profile could be 
created for making PS Vita video files? 

It would be the same type of MP4 file for PSP, except with a higher maximum 
resolution for 16:9 videos at 960x544 (and possibly higher bitrates).
