cannot disable revert or delete. Also, none of the other options have an effect.

Hey, I have checked your issue, in fact it's working correctly but the readme sample code isn't supported by Kirby.

I just updated the readme accordingly, thanks for the report. Let me know if this doesn't resolve your issue.
