You must have vkBasalt's 32-bit version in order to make vkBasalt work on 32-bit applications. It most likely is available on your package manager.

Could anyone confirm that this is true? I was not able to find a 32 bit build of vkBasalt. But I was specifically looking for a way to make older games that do not have anti aliasing options look nicer in Linux.
vkBasalt is not working in Grand Theft Auto IV on Steam for me
vkBasalt works on other games fine, but not GTA IV
I am using the same version of wine -
Proton 7.0-4
the same launch optionsENABLE_VKBASALT=1 %command%
and the same vkBasalt config file
