Remove Salination Pond

• Salination Mechanic should be removed, along with picking salt up with bowls
• I'm not done with salt yet, some alternate way may be instated (something that doesn't clash with the salination pond concept, TBD)
• The bowl item will, for now, cease to exist, but salt (the only meta value of the bowl item) will migrate to its own, bowlless or crystalline item.
• Brine will poof from worlds, as it's effectively flowing water.
• Salination Pond base will either migrate to sandstone, or remain as its own decorative item, possibly with changed textures and recipe.
