Compatibility with Waterfox #19

With the firefox 57 addon debacle, we have a credible alternative in Waterfox (https://www.waterfoxproject.org/). Interestingly, IPvFox is the only addon I use not compatible with Waterfox 56.0. A surprise, since I use 39 addons.

Could you possibly made IPvFox compatible with Waterfox?. I love this extension and I am already missing it...
