Describe the bug

Error while getting data insights for Janaagraha

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Janaagraha account
  2. Click on Explore
  3. Try data statistics for any table
  4. See error

Expected behavior There should be no error

the password contains the character @ which we need to url-encode as %40
