Issue on Delhi forms #5

From Aparna- Delhi’s CRO data is being consolidated delhi - forms=’cro’ - Safety + Self Esteem not displaying

Looking at issue - looks like at some point we missed a couple of transforms in multiple intermediate transforms -

see for example in Delhi - s1 is removed but it should have had a coalesce of s1, ad1 added - see commit https://github.com/DevDataPlatform/dbt_stir/commit/d3fa72b38e15f50507193e4f1e2ca59206938de9

full set of transforms need to be validated and this issue closed.
