Clarity on the license associated with sonar-fxcop plugin #31

Hi @DanielHWe, the SonarQube marketplace has the plugin Licensed under GNU LGPL 3, however, within the repository itself I don't see any clarity on the licence. can you please add one?

Done in Readme.md, the project was originally created by Sonar Cube, and given to community.
