Added internationalization #37

Added internationalization folder with german translation. The folder was created by clickable automatically, german translation with Poedit. Since I cannot compile the application just yet, I was not able to test it.

I just realized, that the bug is not present in the develop branch, since you did the update to UI Components 1.3...

Many thanks for this. I have merged the code and have the app working with the translations, I shall put out a release as soon as I can,
