chatHUD is here plus some detailing work to moduleOverview #27

Updating to the modulesOverview to add Hotkeys and right click information Created the chatHUD folder that contains all current information that I have. Also learned about the existence of the preview tab, so next pr will have far less commits probably xD

Ah another thing, not all the images i would like are in the chatHUD, but instead of continually pushing this back i wanted to get it in
