Hotbar items go ontop of the chat window #46

Expected result

Chat hub would go over hotbar

Actual result

Hotbar goes behind chat window, but items/amount sit on-top of the the windows/messages

Reproduce

  1. open mc 1.18.2 with latest mod version
  2. Place window ontop of hotbar while it has items
  3. stare at the item being ontop of the text and window instead of behind
  4. get sad that you can't place the window there.
