IM power not moving between connecters

Bug Description

Power will transmit from generators or capacitors into a connector but will not transmit through a wire to the next connector thus not powering anything

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

this only started after i had broken a capacitor and replaced it and after that power will not transmit through anything single player and multiplayer

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.as above but i don't know how to do again since it hasn't reverted 2. 3.
