Wither Dust Recipe Missing after power outtage

Bug Report

After power outtage, Wither Dust is shown as Invalid recipe in AE system. The original recipe (1 Wither Skull = 3 Wither Dust) is no longer working. After game reinstall button through ATLauncher, delete full instance and reinstall, the problem persist.

I don't know how to work GitHub very much... but I'll try to provide more info once I understand how to.

Edited: Also noticed that safe void thing is no longer working

Are you saying the power to your PC went out in the middle of running the pack? Or the power to your storage system in game went out?

Unsure about OP but for me I was just playing normally on a server hosted on my own PC and randomly one day loads of recipes were missing.

I tried loading backups, resetting my prestige points (I don't know why, I thought it was correlated with the missing recipes because I had just gotten second point), nothing worked until I inputted that command.
