Updated to Minecraft 1.15.2, latest Forge 31.0.14 #1

Needed this to test a few things on 1.15.2

Edit: Merging this PR will actually break my build pipeline lol. The main issue is that it targets the 1.15.1 branch instead of making a new one. There are also a few build script tweaks I am planning to roll out with the 1.15.2 update.
