Adding batch script to check for DirectPlay/POL install

• Check for DirectPlay install via Registry
• Find POL via Registry
• Attempt to call xiloader (in POL folder)
• Verify that xiloader can launch a server when the above criteria is met

My knowledge seems a bit dated on xiloader. The intention is to rule out issue with why xiloader would not run correctly (DirectPlay/etc). If it is not required to be in the path that could be changed as well.

loader gets the path (3 paths - each region has a diff one) from registry if the entry exists and then hooks itself into ffxi from anywhere. I have D:\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI and D:\xiloader\pol.exe and can command line call it from in its own directory and it'll load my server still, on top of:
