As a User, I can access the Privacy Policy page so that I understand how my personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Acceptance Criteria:

The Privacy Policy page is easily accessible from the website's footer.
The page provides clear and concise information about the types of personal data collected.
It outlines the purposes for which the data is collected and how it will be used.
The page includes details on how users can exercise their rights regarding their personal data.

Tasks

[x] Populate the page with relevant information regarding data collection and usage.
