Remove location report from the top of every email #216

Right now spacecrafts automatically report their location at the top of every email. I find that this is distracting and removes from the purity of the game. The drone should only report it's location if asked.

I removed the location header by modifying game-engine.conf and email.c (https://github.com/Darwin-River/Ex-Machinis/commit/abd6124a2873d3d9cdc09a64d440231369d2c8a7). Looks good! Much neater this way. I'll announce change along with the addition of the help@exmachinis.com reference that I added to the bottom of the email.
