A repository for top-level Dash network issues. The goal is that all important issues related to the Dash network, which are not currently owned or tracked by any Dash org such as DCG or DIF, are tracked here.

As there are more exchanges are qualified for FastPass (1 or 2-conf) by accepting ChainLocks, as the next step we can aim for convincing more exchanges to support 0-conf.
InstantSend is practically secure and double spend shouldn't happen but the probability should be carefully examined.
