Scraped Tweets for #health4all and #healthforall from January 1st, 2014 to September 20th, 2017. Added documentation describing the JSON objects. Closes #20 (unless we are still interested in the other data sets) and closes #21.

@jtorrez Yes, it should be good to go. You don't already have a data directory on this git project right?
