First 60% of assoc-aggregate #54

Does not have a checker, but it passes on local. Also has overall structure of what's next.

Warning: This is VERY long in some places. I did my best to comment the confusing parts... but that just made it longer...

This workflow requires a big picture approach, and some parts of these tasks needed to be tweaked for the overall workflow to work.
