Data Query API #19

In addition to the GUI described in #17, it should be possible to query SoilWise metadata via an API.

It should be possible to download the results of an API query as CSV.

The catalogue itself is an ogcapi-records, providing html,xml,json return formats we also have a sparql endpoint at https://sparql.soilwise-he.containers.wur.nl/sparql/, you can make it return csv
