[PROCS-4303] Remove experimental status and update agent version needed for datadog.processAgent.runInCoreAgent

What this PR does / why we need it:

Updates the minimum version datadog.processAgent.runInCoreAgent to be 7.57 as this is the version where language detection is supported on the core agent.
Removes the experimental status for datadog.processAgent.runInCoreAgent
