[CWS-2164] - Put the cloud workload security resources as deprecated #2407

We want to surface the customers the cloud_workload_security resources are going to be deprecated soon, this PR updates the description to mention this.

Do you have any more specific information on when the resource will be deprecated? The line is more timeless if you can say "This resource is scheduled for deprecation in June of 2024," for example.

Yeah I wish I know but it's still blurry on our side unfortunately
