Incorrect `subject` format enforcement #33

The subject field should look similar to CN=urn:node:KNB,DC=dataone,DC=org. Currently the subject field looks like this: https://sonode.dataone.org/CANWIN, modeled off of Hydroshare, which is incorrect.

Issue has been addressed but I have not had time to test all potential input scenarios. Keeping it open for now.
