Created 1st draft of Scythe logo per issue: "create a great logo for scythe". Logo/Scythe_Hex_Sticker-AD.png

Added hexagon logo .png and source code. Logo folder in .Rbuildignore, logo.png in man/figures. Logo could use further work/development.
