[Subnational Landing] USA & BRA Subnat Multiples cubes change #94

After the new subnational cube ingestion, subnational_usa is no more, so the map points towards a blank page, the new ones are subnational_usa_districts and subnational_usa_states

Also, there might be an issue with USA district ids, image
