sdlxliff files are not the output files of the XLIFF 2 translation roundtrip in SDL Trados.
sdlixliff is simply the internal processing format of SDL Trados, similar as mxliff which is also an XLIFF 1.2 based internal processing format of memsource.
When roundtripping XLIFF 2 files through SDL Trados, you need to export the translated XLIFF 2 files. Otherwise I cannot acknowledge the Trados roundtrip as completed.
Once you succeed in producing the translated XLIFF 2 files from Trados, you will need again to validate them with both Lynx and schematrons.
