Links not downloadables

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Real-debrid website.
2. Unrestrict any link (hotfile, megashares, etc). Tried with MKV and AVI files.
3. Start download normally.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be to get FDM to start downloading. Instead I have only 
the option to use Chrome built-in manager.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0.4, under Win7 x67, using FDM (3 and 3.5RC - same result)

Please provide any additional information below.
Also, I can't remove IDM from download manager list. Beside that...well...no 
idea.

Well, that's better with 4.0.6, now IDM reference is gone.

Problem with downloads still persists. Contact me directly for more 
info/teamviewer session if you need.

FDM 3.0 852
Windows XP

FDM does not start even though you can select it as the default option under 
options. Clicking link takes you to normal chrome download. To use FDM, you 
have to right click link, select download assistant, and click down link with 
FDM.

I'm having the same problem, I have download 2 different mangers (flashget and 
download Accelerator Plus)and then selected them on the tools page an it still 
does the chrome manager. Websites are fileserve and mega
