Extension's menu doesn't show in page's pop-up menu #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the extension.
2. Restart chrome.
3. Open any page.
4. Right click to show menu.

There is no "Download helper" menu.

The issue is present on Chrome "14.0.835.202 m", Windows 7.
