[BUG] Joycons wont stay "split" #1060

Describe the bug When using dolphin emulator with betterjoy, using motion controls seems to automatically set the joycons back to connected mode, even if I only have 1 joycon connected to my pc. I ticked the "Dont rejoin joycons automatically" box, but this still happens.

Expected behavior They joycons will stay split and sideways unless i open the betterjoy window to click and join them.

Controller: Single split official joycon over bluetooth

I'm experienceing the opposite issue. I'll be in the middle of a game and every few minutes my joined joycons will revert to split mode. I thought that it might be that one of the joycons was disconnecting but it doesn't say so in the log. I tried turning passive scan off and that had no effect either.
