Describe the bug Incompatible library for Skyrim AE GOG 1.6.1179

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download FSMP 2.3.0 from Nexus Install the mod Run the game An error message will be displayed:

hdtMSP64.dll: disabled, incompatible with current version of the game

Expected behavior DLL is loaded

Desktop:

OS: Windows 11 FSMP

Installed version: 2.3.0 CUDA: No_CUDA AVX: AVX2 (does not matter actually, except probably for AVX512 that is unsupported by CPU nevertheless)

SKSE installed version 2.2.6
