[ ] make a place for draft content, and unlinked (orphan) content found throughout wikis in various forks. (inventory should have used all lc0 live internet pages, including issues PR, blog, and draft).
[ ] Find software that can build table of content of existing web pages (only already existing headers and page names with the addition of all links under respective headers (make some english of this).
[ ] the map-toc, would have extra columns indicating review status of each link, including outgoing ones. the toc extra columns:
