Yaw (deg) 290.88 after calibration #537

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Updating Mission planner to 1.2.32
2. Update firmware on quadcopter (X) to 2.9 (20/01/2013)
3. Calibrate Quadcopter as per Mission Planner software (x 4)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previously Yaw (deg) showed a 0.00, now 290.88 (<>) fluctuating within a few
.?? Standing on a flat surface.
(I am a bit cautious to test fly the quad as I experienced a similar error in
2.8 firmware and the quadcopter flipped over trying to correct itself (stable
mode)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission Planner 1.2.32
Apm 2
Firmware2.9 (20/01/2013)
Windows 7 64bit Ultimate

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

After another calibration I did a low hover test. The Quad moves to the right
rear as soon as it leaves the ground
