EH10: Errormessage when file does not load #42

If the user opens a file the Modelling Wizard cant process it gets opened as an empty file. This should be prevented and the user should be informed that the Modelling Wizard can not load this file.

Errormessage is shown if the programm isn`t able top load InteralElements from CAEX file
