Wrong 'href' for jobs and transformations

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Expected:
href=html/xxx.ktr

What happen:
href=htmlxxx.ktr

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r45, Ubuntu 10.04

Hi! thanks for adding this issue. Can you please check out the latest revision 
from subversion and check if the problem is fixed there already? There have 
been quite a few changes since r45 so I dont just want to merge your patch.

Hey Roland, sorry didn't check out the svn,
I tested with rev. 74, still the same problem

Just changed the lines 186,203 (just added a '/' after html), it solved my 
problem

it's really strange, I can't reproduce this issue at all - not using spoon. Can 
you provide some details about how you run cook book, and what parameters you 
provide? thanks in advance.

I opened it in spoon right now, and i see my mistake,
i forget to copy the template files to the OUTPUT_DIR,

So its working, the issue occurs only if i don't copy the template files.
