Opening 2nd-level menu with application hints causes hints write over 1st-level menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have 2-level menu with menu items having application hints
2. 1st level menu size should be bigger than the form size
3. Open 2nd-level menu and scroll to an item with app hint

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is that app hint is drawn behind 1st-level menu,
instead the hint draws on top of 1st-level menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, x64, Delphi XE4

Please provide any additional information below.
Basic Windows theme (Aero works ok).
