evaluate what to do with regridding domain tests #110

-a number of tests and examples were made to visualize the difference in output domain between the different regridding methods -these can be found on branch "domain_testing" -it should be evaluated if and what test/example will be added to xugrid. Some can be useful for demo-purposes -once this is decided feel free to assign the issue to me(luit jan)

The branch domain_testing does not exist anymore. However, the branches issue_relativeOverlap_regridder, barycentric_test kind of implement what is described.
