Add simple neutral dodge #66

I was thinking with the mechanics of the dodge. Should we have the dodge work like this... hit the dodge button, character plays dodge animation. Once in this state you are invincible and can cancel the animation with inputting a attack and thus hitting the other character while he is attacking or slightly after they attack. Idk if that would work now thinking of it as if you cancel the animation to soon you would just end up getting hit but that does add a dynamic where you cant dodge willynilly and wouldnt need a set number for how many dodges you can do. An idea to play with since i think it would leave recovery time alone since that wouldnt be needed. but idk just an idea!
