taxonomic classification is not displayed in the output #530

Hi,

I used kraken2 --db $kraken_DB s001.fa –use-names –report kraken_report –output kraken.out to generate the report and the output is below:

The output does not have the taxonomic classification and also not generating the output and report, only printing the results.

Any help to fix this issue would be appreciated.

What database are you using?
