Feature request to have an additional field configurable within DeskDirector for a company’s “Display Name”. Primary use case of this would be what’s displayed in the top right corner of the customer portal, instead of displaying the name from a customer's PSA.
In this example, due an invoicing system restriction, we require the customer's PSA name be their official trading name which is not always what their staff are familiar with.
Company or account name has been used for invoice, and it is official trading name. The actual company name might not be the same.
