An example of Co-Managed restrictions not currently supported within DD Tech:
When defining a security level for a co-managed resource, an option is available under the Service Desk module for Render all Tickets as Ticket Category. With this enabled, the co-managed resource can only see the field defined here regardless of what the current ticket category is.
DD tech does not currently support this feature, with the original ticket category displaying in the tech portal.
