Konami Penthouse - Rewards not working

Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up about something. It seems like there's a glitch with the reward system in Konami penthouse When I hit level 10, I didn't get any rewards, and the same thing happened to another person. Even when I leveled up past 10, still no rewards came my way. Just thought I'd let you guys know so you can check it out. Thanks!

My Platform: RPCS3 Region: NA

Friend's platform: PS3 Region: EU Firmware: OFW

I just got level 10 and no reward popped, you suppose to get reward at level 10. and so on, on ps3 and NA region

Okay thanks for letting the team know @Amyym @CozyLesbian so the level 10 reward happens to be:

• Red Prymaid Mask for Male & Female.

I will be taking a look of why we having this issue.

Can you check if it works now? Remember to clear cache.

Nothing as of yet, should be atomatic rewards for the points, unless we need clear cache
