The Toxin still lists it increases damage received by 30% instead of 20% #28

Very minor issue, but the Toxin still lists the damage received as a +30% modifier in the logbook (and therefore by item stat mods) instead of the new +20% post-nerf

Thanks for reporting this, it turns out I forgot to actually add the change last patch.
